Senior Software Developer

Description

An advanced-professional software engineer who will perform highly complex engineering duties. Decisions made by this position have significant impact on the overall project and the overall business. Design, develop and maintain high-quality code for highly complex components in a given product with a focus on design and development methodologies; identify, evaluate and learn new technologies rapidly and build applications using those technologies. Participate on cross-functional development efforts including creation of business requirements and functional design, coding and testing.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in the application development environment
  • Relevant development methodology skills for OOAD and an understanding of the full project life cycle.
  • Languages: C/C++, Java, JSP, XML
  • Database Programming: Oracle, SUN
  • Proven experience in the various phases of the system development life cycle including project planning, analysis and design, coding, and testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (minimum requirement)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Senior Network Administrator
Position ID SNATO
Location Toronto, Canada
Description

Responsible for installing, configuring and administering computer networks, designing and implementing systems to maximize network availability including mirroring, replication, disaster recovery and backups, administering and maintaining major network applications including Oracle Server, Firewall, Web servers and File Servers, monitoring and managing network traffic and user accounts, implementing and managing network security activities and supporting internal and remote users.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • 5 years prior related experience including two or more years managing large networks and web sites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Quality Assurance Manager
Position ID QAMTO
Location Toronto, Canada
Responsibilities

Actively participate in the QA process and be responsible for writing test plans, test specifications and hands on testing.
Coordinate and collaborate with developers and other product development teams and participate in all phases of test life cycle.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience managing software QA teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
