| The Prepaid Stored Value Transaction Platform 
The ClearBIT Platform, powered and secured by ClearBIT's patent-pending "Randomat™" digital currency concept and patent-pending cryptography breakthrough "Daniel", is the first-ever bank independent, mathematically secure prepaid stored value transaction platform. The platform facilitates 1-click and metered, mathematically secure and 100% anonymous Internet and wireless payments as well as instant reward redemption online. Unlike other e-payment systems, consumers don't have to create or expose any accounts, provide credit card numbers, pins, or any personal information for that matter... EVER. A merchant's private-label ClearBIT Stored Value Devices, containing their preferred currency in the form of random bits, are purchased or received offline... like prepaid phone cards. When inserted into a user's computer or cell phone for the first time, the devices install the ClearBIT Plugin. The plugin uses the device's random bits to make secure and anonymous e-payments or reward redemptions at participating merchant sites. Based on the purchase price, the devices are drained of their corresponding bits. The bits are passed to the ClearBIT Transaction Server for verification, processing and conversion into a standard currency payment for the participating merchant in real-time. The ClearBIT Platform is comprised of the following components: - ClearBIT Transaction Server - Patent-pending transaction engine at the heart of the ClearBIT Platform. Verifies transaction details (device validity and funds, merchant’s ID, transaction value, currency, etc.), processes random bits and passes merchant payment details and currency info to the ClearBIT Payment Server.
- ClearBIT Payment Server - Wires standard payments in real-time to merchants in their preferred currency.
- ClearBIT Promotions Server - Publishes targeted, permission-based promotional content to ClearBIT Plug-in based on device holder's purchase behavior, demographics, or registration info (if provided).
- Accounts Database - Maintains device IDs, bit count, device status, activity and purchase behavior data.
- Random Bits Database - Maintains a copy of all random bits generated, inserted in stored value devices and used in transactions.
- Randomat Bit Generator - Based on the Randomat digital currency concept, this application generates true random (not pseudo) digital bits and inserts them into stored value devices, simultaneously logging them in the Random Bits Database.
- ClearBIT Plug-in - Installs on user's computers the first time they insert a ClearBIT stored value device. Displays Payment Assistant pop-up payment window, communicates with the ClearBIT Transaction Server to pass transaction bits, reports on purchase behavior (permission based) and downloads promotional content.
- ClearBIT Merchant API - Redirects transaction to the ClearBIT Transaction Server, passing all relevant transaction data.
